Privacy policy

What we receive

Visit statistics. We use Yandex Metrica: it sets cookies and receives your IP address, browser and device details, the pages you view and what you do on the site, including a session recording (Webvisor). Form field contents are hidden in recordings.

Messages sent through forms. When you write to us (feedback, "Write to us", reporting a mistake in a tour) we receive the message, your contact if you give one, the page and the site language. An agency partnership request contains the agency name, channel, contact and comment.

The @uzturlar_bot Telegram bot. If you subscribe to new tours we keep your chat id, Telegram name and username, language, chosen countries, budget and dates, and which tours we have sent you.

The AI assistant. Your questions are sent to the DeepSeek model to find tours. We do not store your conversation with the assistant.

Saved tours stay in your browser and never reach us.

Why

To run and improve the site, answer your messages, fix mistakes in tours and send the new-tour alerts you asked for. We do not sell data or use it for third-party advertising.

Who else may receive it

Services the site cannot work without: Yandex (statistics), Telegram (the bot and delivering messages to us), DeepSeek (the AI assistant) and Contabo hosting (servers in the EU).

We do not pass your data to travel agencies. When you call or message an agency you contact it directly, and its own rules apply from then on.

How long we keep it

Messages and requests: as long as we need them to reply and act on them. Subscription data: while you are subscribed. We delete it sooner if you ask.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. You can pause bot alerts with the /stop command.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site keeps working.
